COMMERCIAL RENOVATION
In the year 2020, commercial architectural and design projects had their own set of challenges. Our method of eliminating unnecessary cost increases and project delays for commercial projects was even more critical during this time period. The Dedicate Healthy Kitchen & Meal Prep renovation project is a 2450 sq.ft. restaurant with a dining area to accommodate 40 people. Merchant Architecture worked on both the architecture plans and the design of the restaurant The design is inspired by nature to reflect the healthy eating lifestyle that the restaurant caters to. By incorporating greenery and natural wood elements into the design we achieved who. Greenery is predominately used around the window seating area along with natural wood finishes for box seating. The bright yellow with blue accent wall finishes provides a nice contrast to the greenery making the restaurant more lively.
